CRM and enterprise software translation — multilingual tools for global teams
CRMs, ERPs, admin panels, and internal tools rarely have localization as a first-class feature. Adding it usually means waiting for a vendor release, a custom development project, or a full platform rewrite. Lingvit translates any web-based tool in place — no vendor involvement, no rebuild, today.
Use cases
CRM interfaces
Translate contact views, pipeline stages, activity logs, and custom field labels. Useful for global sales teams using a single CRM instance across multiple countries.
Admin panels and dashboards
Localize your internal admin tool for support, operations, or finance teams working in different languages.
Custom-built ERPs and internal tools
Legacy web apps and custom internal systems rarely have localization support. If they render in a browser, Lingvit works.
Multi-tenant SaaS platforms
Serve different tenants in their preferred language without maintaining separate instances.
How to add Lingvit to a web-based CRM
- 1
Add the script tag
If you have access to the application's HTML template or base layout, paste the Lingvit script before the closing
</body>tag. For hosted CRM tools that allow custom scripts (Notion, HubSpot, Monday.com etc.) use their custom code injection feature. - 2
Create a project in the dashboard
Set up your project, add your tool's domain, and configure your target languages.
- 3
Review and tune in the translation browser
Enterprise interfaces often contain product-specific jargon. Use Lingvit's glossary feature to protect terms that should stay untranslated, and override any string that needs a domain-specific correction.
What's not supported
Lingvit translates content rendered in the browser. Content sent via email, PDF exports, or native desktop/mobile apps is out of scope. If your CRM content is only accessible via API or doesn't render in a browser, Lingvit won't reach it.
