These terms govern your use of Lingvit. By creating an account or using the Lingvit widget, you agree to these terms.
The service
Lingvit provides an automated website translation service. We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the service according to your plan.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent. One account per person or entity.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lingvit to translate illegal content, spam, or content that violates others' rights. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the widget or API beyond what is documented.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the right to process it to provide translation. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancel any time — no refunds for the current billing period. The free plan has no payment obligations.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but make no guarantees. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lingvit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lingvit is incorporated.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
